No, During the YTT we don't allow drop-in students at all. For us, it doesn’t matter how large or small the group is. We care for and respect all our YTT students.
We practice yoga six days a week. Wednesdays are off for excursion, or free for students’ choice.
Yes, you can either do your laundry yourself, or we can provide paid laundry service. ss
Yes, all the rooms have attached bathrooms, with hot and cold shower.
We provide Yoga mats to practice in the Yoga hall only. We don’t allow mats to be taken anywhere else. s

India is an open and welcoming country with a centuries-old culture and traditions. Please respect Indian culture and traditions. It is not polite to walk around dressed in open and tight-fitting clothes, to exhibit intimacy between men and women in public, to insult sacred cows and animals. Before entering Hindu temples, Indian houses and some shops, your shoes should be taken off.

Temperature: Day 22- 25 C. Night 12 – 15 C.
It is the best month of the beginning of the year for yoga practitioner when sprint starts and feel the new energy from around. the mountain is green, The Ganga is so clean and nice, the beaches for sunbath, everything is very perfect. Days are sunny but sometimes with the wind. Morning-evening and nights are windy; therefore you should pack a warm sweater, jacket, socks and a sleeping bag for the night.

Temperature: Day 23 – 27 C. Night 15 – 22C.
It is another very good month for Rishikesh for yoga practitioner in which month practitioner can celebrate holy ( the colour festival) comes in the month of March every year. Sunny during the daytime. Morning and evening weather is beautiful with nice and fresh air but night time could be a little bit windy, therefore you may need a blanket.
♦ April Temperature: Day 28 – 30 C. Night 20 – 25 C.
It is the best month for that practitioner who is wishing intensive improve their flexibility and lose weight. also, this time the weather is very suitable for those who wish to take a bath or swim in Ganga river or enjoy mountaineering. Sunny during daytime or a little bit dry and hot between 11 am to 3 pm but rest of the time climate is comfortable. It is not necessary to bring warm clothes, simple clothes will be enough.

Very good weather – sunny at daytime with a clean sky and green mountains and warm and comfortable during nights. It’s the end of the rainy season, therefore, please bring a raincoat, there is a possibility to have some time rain.

This is another best month of the year after the rain and humidity. around the ashram mountains are so green, The Holy Ganga river is so clean and pure. all around so nice great smell and Very good weather – sunny at daytime with a clean sky and green mountains and warm and comfortable at nights.

Temperature: Day 30 – 32 C night, 18 – 23 C.
This the best month for many festivals around the Rishikesh and in India. Very good weather – sunny at daytime with a clear sky, but morning and evening are accompanied by some wind, for this you may want to bring a warm jacket.

Temperature: Day 23 – 25 C. Night 15 – 20 C.
Sunny days, windy in the morning, evening and night which makes it chilly outside but fresh air, so, you need a warm sweater to walk outside, socks and a sleeping bag to sleep. Yoga practice is comfortable as we close the window and doors in yoga-hall and our building has thick warm walls.
